They do not govern use of the KATALOG platform at app.katalog.gr. Access to the platform is provided under a separate service agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Read it, share it, quote it. What you may not do is interfere with it: no attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, no bulk automated harvesting, and nothing unlawful.

A demo request is an invitation to talk, not a contract, and neither side is committed by it.

Prices on this site are starting prices, exclusive of VAT. The final price depends on your requirements and becomes binding only in a written proposal you accept.

The KATALOG name, the mark, the wording and the design of this site belong to us or our licensors, and using the site transfers none of it to you.

Venues, products, prices and figures shown in the product illustrations are examples. They are not real businesses or real customer data.

The site describes the platform as it stands today. Capabilities marked as planned are not yet available and are not promised on any date.

We aim to keep the site available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change any part of it.

To the extent Greek law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any statutory right you have as a consumer.

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of the country where you live.
