Is KATALOG just a QR code?
No. The QR code is one way customers reach the experience. KATALOG is the platform behind it: your menu structure, products, languages, branding and information.
Do I have to create the menu myself?
No. The initial service includes professional setup. Send us your existing menu and our team prepares the digital experience for you.
What format does my existing menu need to be in?
We work with common formats such as PDF, Word and Excel, as well as existing websites and printed menus. We'll go through what you have during onboarding.
Can I update my menu myself?
Yes. After launch you get access to the management dashboard and can update products, prices, descriptions and other information.
What if I don't want to manage it myself?
An optional managed service lets our team handle agreed ongoing changes for you.
Can I change a price without changing the QR code?
Yes. The QR code points to your KATALOG menu; it doesn't contain it. Changes go live without replacing any printed codes.
Do customers need to download an app or create an account?
No. The menu opens directly in the phone's browser, with no registration.
Can my menu have multiple languages?
Yes. KATALOG is built for multilingual menus, and guests switch language from the menu itself.
Can I display allergen information?
Yes. Products can carry structured allergen and dietary information, based on the information your business supplies.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Each KATALOG menu is styled to your business's branding.
Can I have more than one menu, or more than one location?
Yes. A business can have separate catalogues such as breakfast, drinks or a seasonal menu, and the platform supports multiple locations. Configuration and pricing depend on your requirements.
Does KATALOG support online ordering?
Not yet. KATALOG is built to grow into ordering, table service and payments, and we'll introduce these progressively. Today it's a complete digital menu platform.

Complete initial setup starts from €600 + VAT and includes the first 12 months of platform access. Annual access thereafter starts from €300 + VAT. Your final price depends on your requirements.
